PINK Campus Representative
Under the Fortune 500 parent company Victoria’s Secret & Co., PINK is a lifestyle brand that is focused on celebrating and supporting the power of community, fostering positive mental health among young adults, and being kinder to the planet. Their products are made to help their audience feel good both inside and out and include intimates, loungewear, knit tops, activewear, accessories, beauty, and more. The PINK Campus Rep program is an inclusive, on-campus paid position that provides 250+ current career-focused college students with unique opportunities and experiences through event planning, brand partnerships, social media content creation, team management, corporate connections, and so much more.
*PINK has ended the Campus Representative Program as of Spring 2023, and has removed our access from all accounts including Google accounts, Canva, and has taken down all of our social channels. This is the work I was able to salvage before the unexpected removal!*

What is the PINK Campus Rep Program?
The PINK Campus Rep Program is an immersive experience where 1-2 students at more than 150 schools around the nation are tasked with bringing overall brand awareness to their campus. Each school is given monthly assignments whether that be themed event briefs, social giveaways in partnership with other brands, content requests from PINK Social, and local volunteer initiatives in line with PINK's values.

Social Media
One of the biggest roles I held was running my university's respective PINK social channels. My channels, @vspinkfsu, were seen on Facebook, X (formerly known as Twitter), and TikTok, with our biggest platform being Instagram. Our channels didn't receive much engagement from years prior, so I decided to completely rebrand the accounts and actively engage with our followers. On Instagram, we posted event recaps with engaging story content, fun social giveaways ranging from student-success necessities to event-focused items, and curated content that was in line with PINK’s brand and/or specific seasonal requests.

Recognized Events
In my time as a PINK Campus Rep, I hosted multiple events and interactive initiatives a semester to actively bring the brand to my campus. These events took countless hours of planning, partnership meetings, and tons of dedication to make our dreams come alive. I am proud to say that my co-rep and I were recognized by corporate both years for our efforts on the following events.
Spring 2022
Picnic with PINK
Once the spring semester started, programs around the nation were asked to host a mental health-focused event around Valentine's Day. Although this holiday has the concept of happiness and love surrounding it, our goal was to be inclusive and conscious of the fact that this holiday can be difficult for people if they are single, have lost a loved one, or have been affected by the Parkland Shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. We partnered with Tallahassee Picnic, a local business that specializes in glamorous picnic events, and PicMe!, another local business that specializes in interactive photobooths, to host an intimate yet interactive experience for all of our community to enjoy. We also provided a mocktail bar, heart-shaped donuts, and tons of PINK freebies for our guests! Picnic with PINK was a safe and loving place for everyone, and I am more than proud to be recognized by corporate for an event that personally meant so much to me.
Fall 2022
How to Romanticize Your (School) Life
Fall semester was right around the corner, and our programs were asked to host some form of a Back to School event. Since it was a new school year, and we had plenty of new faces around campus, we decided to host an event that captivated the beauty of the little things to make the big things a lot less scary. My co-rep and I were inspired by a local business's challenge card that was given out monthly, so we decided to create our own version to guide our event. Thus, How to Romanticize Your (School) Life had 8 stations for our guests to interact with, and the completion of the challenge card earned our guests additional entries into our giveaway! We partnered with Stadium Centre, our local student housing, and Red Eye Coffee, a local favorite coffee shop at Florida State, to make this event truly larger than life. We were shocked and truly grateful to have over 200+ students join us, and I am more than proud to have it recognized for all the hard work and thoughtful choices we were able to make.
Special Event
Summer Splash
Although the year had ended, my co-rep and I wanted to host one more event to finish our first year with the program. We weren't asked to host anything in the summer, but we were rewarded exclusive permission to have one final send-off before our students left campus after finals. Summer Splash was a poolside-themed tropical paradise with games, giveaways, and good music! We partnered with Stadium Centre's University Village complex, as they were the last complex to fill their leases and would benefit from the exposure. We also partnered with Avello, a popular local DJ, the ambassadors of Bumble, and a local pineapple bowl-style food truck company to complete the tropical paradise atmosphere. We sold out of our food truck tickets for our guests and received tons of positive feedback from both our partners and corporate, proving to be a huge success for our summer send-off event!

Team Management
Each semester, my co-rep and I were allowed to hire 5 individuals to really bring our program to life: Photographer/Videographer, Community & Partnership Outreach, Social Guru, Freshman Liaison, and Trendsetter. Each position had its own unique attributes, but they all seamlessly worked together to help our program reach new heights. I set up an application to send out to our campus, interviews with pre-determined projects, and sent out emails every step of the way. Once our team was selected, we hosted brand training similar to the one we received to truly immerse our team into the brand!
Once our team knew the in's and out's of the PINK brand, I created detailed PowerPoints for our weekly meetings and we regularly checked in on our team members to see if they needed any assistance or guidance on their event-focused assignments. We also got to have fun photoshoots and bonding events!
